baby, success cannot be measured through deals. everyone's objectives and goals are different. yes they are doing well, so just observe what and how they do it, and improvise accordingly. Never hurts to gain a new skill and new perspective :) Ultimately u know wat u're aiming for, so just put in what u can for this, so that when it's time to leave, u can say u've done good.
2 more mths....and u can venture on ur 1st step towards ur ultimate career path :)
